Items that have been worn, stained, washed, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. The return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging with the original product label tags.

You must contact our support should you wish to cancel your order. We will try to intercept the order before it goes into production.Any order may be canceled prior to shipping for a full refund. Orders which shipped must be returned before a refund is issued. Shipping costs associated with returns must be paid by the buyer. 

Please include your original packing slip or a note in your package indicating your return authorization number. If you are unable to use any of the above methods to setup your return or exchange, please include instructions in your package as to how you would like us to handle your specific situation.
